The Measurement & Analytics Division is among the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, working at the heart of industrial digital transformation. The Measurement & Analytics Division’s portfolio consists of analyzers measuring compositions of gases and liquids; instrumentation measuring process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level; force measurement solutions measuring parameters such as flatness, thickness, and tension; and advanced digital solutions for device management, device health check and predictive maintenance. The Measurement & Analytics Division serves key industries such as oil and gas, chemical, water and wastewater, power, hydrogen, batteries, as well as the marine industry. The Division enables the optimization of industrial processes by providing and analyzing data collected from sensing and smart measurement devices. Parameters such as emission levels and production inputs are measured by providing ‘before’ and ‘after’ values, enabling efficient operations and environmental sustainability through measurement.

• Act as the main point of contact for scheduling service engineers, managing site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high service quality and responsiveness.
• Understand channel strategies, set appropriate pricing, prepare and review sales plans, and propose recovery actions when needed to meet commercial targets.
• Represent ABB in marketing activities such as campaigns, exhibitions, and customer meetings; prepare technical and commercial offers, lead negotiations, and provide expert support throughout the sales cycle.
• Spend 50–60% of working hours visiting customer sites to identify new service contract opportunities, ensure timely renewal of existing contracts, and promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions that benefit both customers and ABB.

Qualifications For The Role

• Holds an Engineering degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to modern technologies and technical solutions.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with online process analyzers, including Gas Chromatography, Continuous Gas Analyzers, and Liquid Analyzers, with a solid understanding of analytical sample conditioning system design.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
• Possesses a valid Saudi Arabian driving license and is fully prepared for a role requiring approximately travel to customer sites and office-based tasks.
