A leading professional services firm in Al Khobar seeks a Finance Manager. This role will oversee finance engagements, ensuring timely processing of financial transactions and managing team performance. Ideal candidates should have 8+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge in financial reporting, and the ability to lead and mentor teams. This position offers opportunities for continuous improvement and collaboration within the firm. Proficiency in English is essential, while Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant with 8+ years’ experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
- 3+ years of people management experience in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience managing risk and controls.
Responsabilités
- Manage day-to-day delivery for Finance engagements.
- Ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives based on feedback.
