The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling company products and services to selected customers in the wireless inbuilding domain (Mobile Network Operators, System Integrators, Neutral Hosts and direct to Enterprise customers) with focus on DAS, Small Cells and Passive components for inbuilding solutions used in Commercial Cellular networks, Private and Public Safety Networks. This role will be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial targets. Partner with technical pre‑sales support function to define solutions architecture meeting specific requirement from the customer.
  • Develop, grow and maintain sales and customer relationships at all levels within Mobile Network Operators and their system integrator partners in KSA and Gulf Countries (GCC) market. Engages appropriate internal resources as necessary to support sales activities. Proactively plan and direct sales activities in KSA and GCC market by routine visits, customer training, providing information of new products/solutions to achieve maximum results in development of existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer’s business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matches solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Perform revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other related sales administrative tasks to grow financial objectives. Provides information and reports, as required, to inform management of sales progress and success.
  • Execute the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, to presenting solutions and negotiating through the close. Using appropriate sales messaging, favorable influences selection of products, service or solutions in targeted accounts.
Required Qualifications For Consideration
  • At least 2 years’ work experience within sales and account management with Mobile Network Operators customers, System Integrators, Third Party Neutral Host Providers.
  • Technical background in one of the following fields: Telecom Services, IP Networking, Wireless Communications, Radio Access Networks, Inbuilding Wireless Design and Planning.
  • Willingness to travel within KSA and GCC up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship Building Skills.
  • Knowledge of Account Planning/Forecasting Skills.
  • Knowledge of Product/Service/Solution Knowledge.
