How you’ll make an impact
You will arrange and perform activities on the shop floor related to quality checking of products, incoming material quality, production, and testing processes.
You will be responsible for process development, procedures, templates, and work instructions related to incoming quality and supplier quality.
You will collaborate with and empower all departments for deviation detection, nonconformance follow-ups, root cause analysis, correction measures implementation, and continuous improvement.
You will attend and participate in internal/external audits (ISO, Hitachi Energy, Customer) and work with all departments to close all findings and implement improvements.
You will participate in organizational changes, lean culture initiatives, decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, driving change, and continuous improvement within the BU.
You will implement and monitor the quality strategy, handle complaints, and oversee processes using predefined quality KPIs, and arrange & perform failure analysis and reports using 8D templates or similar.
You will ensure a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements, monitor supplier quality performance, material management, and follow-up on corrective actions related to NCRs and CCRPs.
You will carry out any tasks assigned by management necessary to fulfill the job requirements.

Your background
A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
Knowledge of Quality Control/Quality Assurance and GIS products.
Hands-on inspection of materials and QMS & internal quality auditing.
Proficiency in quality tools, RCA, Lean Six Sigma.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
