In this role, you will leverage your expertise to oversee the commissioning process for various engineering projects. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee the pre-commissioning and commissioning of systems and equipment in construction projects, ensuring they operate according to design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Develop detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure readiness for commissioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the commissioning process.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and start-up of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Conduct functional tests, performance evaluations, and system verifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during commissioning and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test reports, punch lists, and handover package.
• Ensure all systems meet operational and safety standards before final handover.
• Provide training and technical support to operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning within construction, industrial and preferably Saudi ARAMCO projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Strong understanding of commissioning best practices and methodologies.
• Experience in leading commissioning teams and managing complex engineering projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
