• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Urban Planning.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in strategic/infrastructure planning or large development programmes.
• Strong expertise in water and wastewater master planning.
• Extensive experience in urban/infrastructure planning at national or regional level.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
