- Strong expertise in water and wastewater master planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and review national and regional water and wastewater master plans.
- Manage five-year project portfolio planning and project prioritisation.
- Review Capital Investment Plans and project business cases.
- Ensure proposed projects align with approved master plans and strategic KPIs.
- Coordinate with government authorities, municipalities, developers, and regional stakeholders.
- Monitor implementation of regional master plans and capital programmes.
- Support GIS data integration, knowledge transfer, and strategic planning capability development.
- Review infrastructure requirements for major and mega developments.
