Job Responsibilities:
As a Welder, your main duties will include: welding various types of metals according to blueprints or specifications; using hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment; interpreting blueprints or specifications; working safely and following all safety regulations; performing regular maintenance on welding equipment; troubleshooting any issues that arise during welding processes; and providing professional consultation regarding welding processes upon request.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Welder in the construction industry. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. A valid welding certification is preferred but not required. Finally, you must be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
