Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • 1. PerformQuality Verification Inspections (QVI) on Weapons Maintenance accomplished inOM and IM areas.
  • 2. PerformPost-Load Inspections.
  • 3.Perform Quality Management Assessments identifying maintenance practices, strengths, and weakness.
  • 4. Investigateaccidents/incidents and provide comprehensive reports on root causes, contributingfactors, corrective actions and recommendations.
  • 5. Review/writelocally developed Publications, Policy Procedures and Maintenance OperatingInstructions (MOIs).
  • 6. Researchand process Publication Deficiency Improvements.
  • 7. PerformQuality Deficiency Investigation and Analysis and provide solutions.
  • 8. Reviewand process Material Deficiency Reports.
  • 9. ConductSpecial One-Time-Inspections (OTI) and Investigations.
  • 10. Perform first-time compliance QVI on all Time Compliance Technical Orders(TCTOs).
  • 11. Brief and debrief maintenance functional checkflights.
Requirements
  • 1. Possess7 level or higher in RSAF AFSC 262X0, or equivalent, and must have at leastfive (5) years technical experience on F-15S (or F-15E) aircraft.
  • 2. Musthave a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Quality Control and be completelyfamiliar with technical, management and quality assurance procedures.
  • 3. Be fullyknowledgeable of planning, scheduling, and controlling resources.
  • 4. Beproficient in the Maintenance Publications Management System and improvementprocess and be familiar with Time Compliance Technical Orders.
  • 5. Have firsthandexperience in using publications and computerized records management, collection,and information systems.
  • 6. Havea working knowledge and understanding of the Maintenance Data Collection System.
  • 7. Atleast one Management Course preferable.
