Job summary

CMTC in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for waterproofing and construction chemicals. The role focuses on developing business, managing relationships with contractors and consultants, and promoting CMTC’s specialized solutions across projects in the Kingdom.

The candidate will identify opportunities, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems and their applications.
• Proven track record in project-based technical sales from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; able to read drawings and BOQs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi construction market.
• Promote waterproofing systems, construction chemicals and related solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers and project stakeholders.
• Follow up on projects from tender stage through to closing; prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to meet project specs and client requirements.
• Monitor market activity, pricing and upcoming projects; provide sales forecasts and reports.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to CMTC’s growth in Saudi Arabia.
