Job summary

Metichem, a leading water treatment company, invites applications for a role supporting the Chemical Sales Manager and Sales Team in preparing technical proposals for industrial and domestic water treatment markets. You will analyze customer needs, determine suitable solutions, and service accounts through site visits.

Key duties include achieving annual sales targets, securing orders, and developing existing accounts while maintaining ISO-aligned QHSSE standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related subject.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in water treatment or similar role.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual sales targets with CSM/BDM and sales team support.
• Obtains orders and establishes new accounts; plans daily activities.
• Analyzes customer needs to recommend suitable company products.
• Prepares technical proposals with dosage rates and application modes.
• Visits customer facilities to observe and implement product usage.
• Develops existing accounts by seeking new applications and opportunities.
• Maintains contact with management on customer needs, pricing and activity.
