Job summary

WSP is seeking a seasoned HSE Officer to embed health and safety across projects, sites and offices in Riyadh. You will ensure adherence to local and international rules, lead HSE improvements, and coordinate with regulators and clients.

Key duties include reviewing RAMS, conducting inspections and audits, and delivering HSE training and toolbox talks to elevate safety performance. A NEBOSH IGC and 5+ years’ infra experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant subject.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on infrastructure projects, preferably with pumping stations and storage tanks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project compliance with WSP HSEQ Management System and client requirements.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental arrangements on site for legal and client compliance.
• Review RAMS and contractor plans before work starts and ensure alignment with regulations.
