Job summary

Riyad Bank is seeking an experienced network operations leader to guide secure and efficient WAN infrastructure for branches and offices. The role emphasizes monitoring, problem solving, and upgrades to maximize performance and availability for users and banking operations.

Responsibilities include directing network engineers, managing BT infrastructure projects, and ensuring continuous connectivity with proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Network engineering or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of banking BT systems and applications.
• Very good knowledge of banking operations and requirements.
• Professional level in collaboration.
• Extensive knowledge of IPT and meeting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implements approved departmental policies and provides instructions to subordinates.
• Manages day-to-day operations for the Product Development function and ensures compliance with standards.
• Plans, executes and oversees collaborative projects.
• Leads analysis of banking growth and BT infrastructure requirements.
• Directs improvements, investments and configurations to meet business needs.
• Guides design of network infrastructure characteristics and requirements.
• Directs Network Engineers and Technicians for project implementation and vendor coordination.
• Implements monitoring processes for proactive network management.
• Ensures 24/7 connectivity for employees and banking operations.
• Reviews and approves network change requests and ensures high service quality.
