Job summary

TAWANTECH is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer in Riyadh to design, implement, and operate secure network infrastructure supporting SOC monitoring, detection, and response across banking environments.

Responsibilities include ensuring end-to-end connectivity for SOC platforms (SIEM, SOAR, NDR, EDR) and managing enterprise networks with a focus on secure, compliant architecture. Prior experience with cloud networking and ITIL-based processes is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 5–8 years of network administration experience in banking or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with major vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, F5).
• Experience integrating network infrastructure with SOC tools (SIEM, NDR).
• Familiarity with SAMA, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO requirements.
• ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Problem Management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate secure network infrastructure for SOC monitoring and response.
• Ensure end-to-end connectivity for SOC platforms and integrations.
• Manage LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud connectivity, VPNs, and secure remote access.
• Configure and maintain NGFW, IPS/IDS, WAF, DNS security, NAC, and Zero Trust.
• Enable log forwarding and telemetry feeds to SOC tools like Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel.
• Align network architecture with SAMA, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO data governance.
