Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time while performing duties.
• We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and providing them with menus.
• Taking orders accurately and delivering them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Serving food and drinks to guests according to their orders.
• Preparing tables for guests by setting up utensils, plates, glasses, etc.
• Answering questions regarding menu items or other inquiries from guests.
• Accepting payments from guests and returning change if necessary.
• Wiping down tables after each guest leaves.
• Replenishing beverages as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area throughout the shift.
• Assist other restaurant staff with tasks when necessary.
