We are hiring a polite and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Clear tables, refill drinks, and assist with any other requests from guests
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized cash register area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean dining environment

Requirements
