Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas with attention to quality and presentation.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
