You will collaborate with operations and brand teams, participate in pre-opening activities, and stay attuned to market trends to refresh displays according to seasonal directions.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering visual merchandising concepts.
• Ability to train and coach store teams on visual merchandising (VP) tasks.

Responsibilities

• Brand image: create eye-catching displays aligning with brand guidelines to drive sales.
• Implement brand visual merchandising standards across windows and in-store spaces.
• Coordinate store displays in line with guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans to maximize visual impact and merchandise placement.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and layout according to plan.
• Take photographs of merchandise changes to document updates.
• Use lighting effectively to enhance window displays and product visibility.
• Merchandise new lines and re-merchandise as trends build.
• Create store layouts by category to ensure proper merchandising.
• Collect feedback on merchandise performance and adjust displays accordingly.
• Collaborate with operations and brand management to increase sales.
• Work with VM Manager and sales teams to meet commercial goals.
• Involve in pre-opening preparations and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Research current market trends and lifestyle to stay competitive.
