Job summary

Mars SA, through its Mars Venture Studio, seeks a Venture Architect to lead end-to-end structuring of startups from validation to operational launch.

You will conduct structured opportunity validation, design scalable business models, develop MVP roadmaps, and structure cap tables aligned with Mars investment strategy.
