Job summary

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Venture Architect Manager to lead the development of new ventures from idea to execution, acting as a founding business leader within ventures and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will shape strategies, validate opportunities, build business cases, and coordinate with Product, Tech, Growth, Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive performance and growth across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record; MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
8+ years in venture building, startups, strategy consulting, venture capital, product, or innovation-focused roles.
Experience leading zero-to-one initiatives and launching ventures in fast-paced environments.
Experience in venture-backed startups, top-tier consulting, VC, or venture studio settings.
Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases and financial models.
Knowledge of lean startup and agile methodologies.
Execution-oriented with strategic and hands-on delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus: background in product management, growth, VC, or founder experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of new ventures from opportunity identification to prototype launch and initial scaling.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential venture opportunities aligned with strategy and market trends.
Lead customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and validation efforts for problem-solution fit.
Develop venture strategies, business models, monetization, operating plans, and go-to-market strategies.
Partner with Product, Technology, Growth, Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive venture execution.
Define and track venture KPIs, growth metrics, unit economics, and experimentation outcomes.
Prepare investment materials, business cases, and executive updates for stakeholders.
Manage venture timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple initiatives.
Build and manage strategic partnerships, pilots, and commercial collaborations.
Mentor Venture Architects and cross-functional teams.
Make data-driven recommendations to pivot or accelerate ventures based on signals.
