Job summary

Client of Eram Talent is seeking a Valve Repair Specialist to join its Mechanical Services Shops in Saudi Arabia. You will provide technical and hands-on support for inspection, repair, reconditioning, testing and performance improvement of industrial valves, determine repair strategy, resolve leakage and operability problems, and ensure repaired valves meet service and reliability standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing

Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
At least 15 years valve/pressure-equipment or mechanical-repair experience.
Minimum 10 years in complex valve repair and testing.
Expertise across gate, globe, check, ball, and other valve types.
Strong knowledge of trim designs, packing, actuators, and pressure classes.
API valve training and OEM repair/diagnostic training preferred.

Responsibilities

Review valve type, service damage, pressure class, materials, trim and code requirements to scope inspection and testing.
Diagnose leakage, and operability problems and approve procedures.
Define shell/seat/test criteria and certify results to standards.
Control deviations, support RCAs, and mentor personnel.
