Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Valve Repair Specialist to join our Mechanical Services Shops in Saudi Arabia. You will lead inspection, repair, testing, and performance improvement of industrial valves, and define repair strategies and acceptance criteria.

The role requires 15+ years in valve repair and testing, with deep knowledge of gate, globe, ball, and safety valves, plus metallurgy, machining, and QA procedures. API training or OEM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of valve, pressure-equipment, or mechanical-repair experience
• Experience in complex industrial valve repair and testing
• Knowledge of valve types (gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly) and trim designs
• Knowledge of metallurgy, machining, lapping, welding repair, and pressure testing
• Ability to develop repair procedures and troubleshoot repeat failures
• API valve training and OEM repair/diagnostic training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review valve service, damage, and code requirements to establish repair scope
• Diagnose leakage, wear, and operability issues; recommend solutions
• Approve disassembly, inspection, machining, welding, and assembly procedures
• Define and review testing and certification criteria against standards
• Mentor personnel and standardize repair practices
