Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking a VAS Manager to strengthen partnerships with Amazon Logistics and third-party DSPs on the last mile. You will negotiate services, implement processes, and guide on-site delivery operations across sites and stores to optimize performance.

Based in Riyadh, you will build dashboards, perform in-depth analytics, and develop SOPs to align with business priorities and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience in advanced SQL and ability to write complex queries from scratch from multiple tables.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Key job responsibilities

We are looking for a Value Added Service (VAS) Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring that our suite of value added services ranging from legal services to insurance offers and uniforms meets the demands of our customers both internal in Amazon and our Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) on the last mile. This individual in essence negotiates services on behalf of our partners to make them successful. This requires the placement of new services as well as an ability to challenge the status quo repeatedly.

A day in the life

You’ll be based at DRY3 and will be expected to conduct regular visits to sites and stores. Being on site allows you to stay close to every part of the delivery process and means you have visibility of everything to guide our logistics partners. You’ll look after all elements of our partner relationships, from getting the contracts in place to keeping track of performance. You will also build dashboards, run deep analytical deep dives and build SOPs to support the business priorities.

Basic Qualifications
