Job summary

Workato is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Medina team. You will design intuitive digital experiences, conduct user research, and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes. The role emphasizes user-centered design and strong usability practices in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a design degree and at least two years of UX experience, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus and agile experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX design or a related role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
