Job summary

Responsibilities include user research, usability testing, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs, ensuring consistency across platforms. A Bachelor's degree and a strong portfolio are required; salary is $1600 monthly.

Junior UX Designer

We are a fast-growing tech company in Medina, looking for a talented and creative Junior UX Designer to join our team. As a Junior UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products.

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodology
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development processes
• Experience working on mobile applications

Salary: 1600$

Location: Medina (Preference for Pakistani or African candidates)
