Job summary

iHR (International Human Resources) seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in designing complex enterprise platforms for large government or corporate projects. The role focuses on user research, requirements analysis, and building scalable design systems using Figma.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, stakeholder facilitation, and the ability to translate analytics into actionable design decisions, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for large government or enterprise digital projects.
• Experience designing complex Enterprise Systems, not only simple applications.
• Strong knowledge of user research, requirements analysis, personas, user flows, and customer journeys.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, auto layout, variables, and components.
• Experience building, maintaining, and applying design systems across digital products.
• Experience conducting UX audits and usability reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints to create feasible designs.
• Ability to leverage analytics and heatmaps; familiarity with Dynatrace, Google Analytics, or Clarity is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate stakeholder workshops and present design decisions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Design Systems, Auto Layout, Variables, and Components.

Experience building, maintaining, and applying Design Systems across digital products.

Experience conducting UX Audits and Usability Reviews and providing actionable recommendations.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Front-end development constraints to create feasible designs.

Ability to leverage Analytics and Heatmaps, with experience in tools such as Dynatrace, Google Analytics (GA), or Clarity being an advantage.

Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, deliver presentations, and explain design decisions.
