Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking a Customer Success & Product Demo Specialist in Saudi Arabia to manage client onboarding and product demonstrations for U.S.-based clients. You'll need to explain workflows and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in client servicing, making them comfortable handling international client interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Demo Calling, or Account Management preferred.
• Comfortable working in U.S. shift timings.
• Accounting/bookkeeping industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Explain workflows and service offerings clearly.
• Assist in onboarding new clients.
• Coordinate between clients and internal operations teams.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Track customer feedback and improve experience.
• Prepare reports and follow-up documentation.
