Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager with UiPath RPA expertise to lead end-to-end automation initiatives. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure governance, value delivery, and successful digital transformation outcomes.

The candidate will oversee project delivery, process discovery, KPI definition, and ROI realization while mentoring delivery teams on UiPath methodologies and best practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT delivery, project management, or automation programs.
• 4+ years delivering UiPath automation projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent RPA projects and global stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Exposure to governance forums, budgets, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UiPath automation projects from initiation to production.
• Define scope, timelines, budget, resources, milestones, and governance.
• Create and maintain RAID, change logs, status reports, and executive updates.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery escalations.
• Collaborate with UiPath Developers, Architects, Infrastructure, QA, and PMO.
• Drive adoption, metrics, ROI, and benefits tracking.
