Job summary

S3 Arabia is hiring an Aircraft Mechanic for UH-60M maintenance in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and servicing per OEM manuals and applicable directives to ensure airworthiness.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years as UH-60 mechanic and 5 years aviation experience, plus military or civilian maintenance training. Candidates must pass medical, background checks, and drug testing in line with local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years' experience as an aircraft mechanic on UH-60 series and five (5) years overall aviation experience.
• Experience in UH-60 phase or RESET management.
• Graduate of a US Military aviation maintainers course or civilian equivalent training.
• Demonstrated past performance and experience in maintenance on UH60 Aircraft.
• Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
• Possess a valid US issued driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Performs aircraft maintenance tasks on the UH-60M as required using OEM manuals and directives.
• Removes and installs aircraft systems and subsystems including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions and flight controls.
• Services and lubricates aircraft systems and components.
• Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks.
• Conducts scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions and operational checks.
• Diagnoses subsystems using special tools and equipment.
• Prepares maintenance forms and records.
• Develops and executes phase plans from Pre-Dock to Post Test flight.
• Ensures safety in all maintenance operations.

Description

Performs aircraft maintenance tasks on the UH-60M as required using the specific OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and any other directives pertinent to the environment. Removes and installs aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components. Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions. Uses common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures. Performs aircraft and related components routine and special inspections. Performs maintenance operational checks. Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records. Responsible to develop and execute phase plans from Pre-Dock to Post Test flight. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.

Medical Examination

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing
