Job summary

V2X Inc in Saudi Arabia seeks an UH-60M Instructor Pilot to train and evaluate aircrews per US Army ATM, delivering classroom and flight instruction including NVG, IMC, and IFR operations.

The role requires 1,500 total flight hours and 500 as an instructor, FAA Commercial Pilot certificate, and visa eligibility under Saudi requirements.

You will mentor pilots, support mission planning, ensure publications are current, and perform duties at on-site locations and occasional offsite assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required due to visa requirements.
• Must complete Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure visa eligibility.
• Must have been qualified as a pilot in command.
• Graduate of the UH60M instructor Pilot Course (IPC)/MOI at an authorized US Army Aviation Proponent School or an IP equivalency evaluation.
• Qualified on the UH60M Series Aircraft.
• Minimum of 1500 total flight hours; minimum of 500 flight hours as Instructor Pilot.
• FAA Commercial Pilot certificate required.
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) recommended.
• Pass FAA Class II Flight Physical on hire and annually thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate Aviation pilots in the UH60M aircraft per US Army ATM and unit ATP guidelines.
• Support the development and execution of an Aviation Aircrew Training Program per customer guidance.
• Verify and confirm all required flight training publications are current and complete.
• Conduct and evaluate readiness tasks, including instrument flight tasks, day/night/NVS/NVG, and IFR.
• Prepare crewmembers through realistic mission training maneuvers under desert conditions.
• Provide aircrew proficiency training in IMC under FAA/ICAO rules.
• Attend meetings as required by Customers and provide input to scheduling.
• Recommend aviation instructor pilot and PIC appointments to customer leadership.
• Attend and provide training and mission planning input to weekly scheduling meetings.
• Mentor within standardization teams and Master Gunner training as needed.
• Provide guidance for field exercises at tenant locations and IP duties offsite as needed.
• Perform duties with significant autonomy and the ability to set goals within the job.
