Tube Mill Foreman (ERW)

Location: Saudi Arabia (Turaif, Northern Frontier)

Experience: 2‑3 years in a similar role, pipe manufacturing industry preferred

Yearly Salary: Negotiable in SAR

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise Tube Mill Operators in setting up, operating, and maintaining the Tube Mill
  • Ensure production of pipes with consistent quality and output standards
  • Report directly to the Tube Mill Control Section Head
  • Sign Daily Production, Maintenance, Check Sheets and Preventive Maintenance Reports
  • Ensure operators work safely and comply with required operating standards
  • Ensure all machine and production reports for the shift are completed accurately and submitted on time
  • Maintain detailed records of shift activities, including machine settings, operational difficulties, breakdowns, and machine condition
  • Record all activities in the Tube Mill Logbook
  • Handover complete shift information to the incoming Shift Foreman
  • Allocate and utilize shift manpower according to production schedules and management instructions
  • Ensure all machines operate at optimum settings based on previous records
  • Ensure roll changes are performed efficiently and completed within the planned schedule
  • Coordinate with other plant departments for maintenance activities and breakdowns
  • Implement and enforce safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain housekeeping standards within the Tube Mill area
  • Raise and issue requisitions for production materials
  • Operate any Tube Mill machine when required by the Production Department
