Job summary

Napco National is seeking a logistics-related role in Saudi Arabia to oversee loading and unloading activities and ensure proper documentation. The position involves coordinating vehicle maintenance, scheduling services, and transferring goods to destinations, while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting issues to supervisors.

Candidates will also manage invoice stamping and escalate customer complaints with recommendations to improve service quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Loading / unloading activities as per loading manifest
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
• Transfer of goods to designated destinations.
• Perform truck monthly maintenance tasks (clean, change oil and filter).
• Ensure the invoice is stamped by customers and returned to CSD.
• Report his superior all the customers’ complaints and recommend ideas
