Job summary

Haji Hussein Alireza & Co., Ltd. is seeking a field service technician to support our automotive service team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues on MAN systems, assisting technicians, and delivering clear technical reports after every on-site visit.

You will read wiring diagrams, handle warranty claims, and stay current with updates on the MAN Aftersales Portal, while sharing knowledge with teammates to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with MAN systems and on-site service.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and repair literature.
• Strong technical reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults with MAN systems.
• Provide support to technicians during diagnoses.
• Prepare a technical visit report detailing vehicle problems.
• Conduct field service visits and respond to breakdowns on site.
• Read and understand wiring diagrams, repair requests and technical literature.
• Share knowledge with the workshop team.
• Handle warranty claims in MAN systems per guidelines.
• Check MAN Aftersales Portal daily for updates.
