Job summary

Imploy is seeking a mid-senior Content Writer to develop and write training and educational content aligned with defined learning objectives. You will create manuals, guides, e-learning, and activities, working with SMEs and designers to deliver engaging materials.

You will research sources, adapt complex topics for learners, and produce clear, accurate content while maintaining consistency and meeting deadlines. Arabic language excellence and LMS content experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, training content development, Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and writing training or educational materials.
• Excellent written and verbal Arabic language skills.
• Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and present it in an engaging and learner-friendly manner.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts and trainers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain content consistency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write training and educational content based on defined learning objectives.
• Create training manuals, participant guides, workbooks, presentations, e-learning content, and learning activities.
• Conduct research and gather information from reliable sources and subject matter experts.
• Simplify complex or technical information and transform it into clear and easy-to-understand content.
• Develop practical examples, case studies, scenarios, exercises, quizzes, and assessment questions.
• Collaborate with trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers.
• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
• Regularly update training content to ensure it remains relevant and up to date.
• Support the development of digital learning content and online training materials when required.
