Job summary

Client of imploy is seeking a content developer to craft training materials and educational resources aligned with defined learning objectives. You will build manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and activities, while researching topics from SMEs and authoritative sources.

The role requires converting complex information into clear, learner-friendly content and structuring it for effective learning. Collaboration with SMEs, designers, and project managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, training content development, or instructional design.
• Proven experience writing training or educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write training materials learning content and educational resources based on defined learning objectives.
• Create content for training manuals, participant guides, workbooks, facilitator guides, presentations, e-learning modules, and learning activities.
• Research topics and gather information from subject-matter experts and reliable sources.
• Convert complex information into clear, learner-friendly content and structure it logically.
• Develop practical examples, case studies, scenarios, exercises, quizzes, and assessment questions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers.
• Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with objectives.
• Review, edit, and proofread materials for grammar and tone.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise materials accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write training materials learning content and educational resources based on defined learning objectives
• Create content for training manuals participant guides workbooks facilitator guides presentations e-learning modules and learning activities
• Research topics and gather information from subject-matter experts reference materials and reliable sources
• Convert complex or technical information into clear concise and learner-friendly content
• Structure content logically to support effective learning and knowledge retention
• Develop practical examples case studies scenarios exercises quizzes and assessment questions
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts SMEs trainers instructional designers graphic designers and project managers
• Ensure training content is accurate consistent and aligned with the learning objectives
• Review edit and proofread materials for grammar clarity tone and consistency
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise materials accordingly
• Ensure content follows organizational branding formatting and quality standards
• Conduct content reviews and updates to keep training materials current and relevant
• Support the development of digital learning content and online training materials when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing , or a related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in content writing, training content development, learning & development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Proven experience writing training or educational materials .
• Excellent written and verbal Arabic skills.
• Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and present it in an engaging and learner-friendly manner.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles is preferred.
• Experience working with Subject Matter Experts and trainers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across large volumes of content.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel .
