Job Title: Training Administration Assistant

Contract Duration - 1 Year (with possible extension)

We are seeking a Saudi with excellent English communication skills to support the end-to-end administration of technical and safety training programs. The role is execution-focused, covering training coordination, system bookings, records, invoicing, and short-course support.

Qualifications
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, HR, or similar preferred)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in training administration, coordination, or customer service
  • Comfortable using MS Excel, Outlook, invoicing and system-based tools (LMS/CRM/Booking systems)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced training environment
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainers, and participant communications
  • Manage training records, attendance, certifications, and LMS updates
  • Handle course registrations, confirmations, and system-based bookings
  • Generate quotations and invoices; coordinate with Finance for billing follow-ups
