Overview

A reputable transportation company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Trailer Driver to join our team. The Trailer Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently driving and operating trailers to transport goods and materials to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate trailers in a safe and efficient manner, following all traffic laws and company rules.
• Load and unload goods from trailers using proper equipment and techniques.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of trailers to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of driving logs, delivery documents, and any other required paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures while on the road or at job sites.
• Perform routine maintenance on trailers, such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, etc.
• Report any accidents or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving trailers.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS systems for navigation.
• Physical ability to load/unload goods from trailers using proper equipment.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
