Job summary

Soundlines Consultancy in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Trails Landscape Supervisor to oversee maintenance along trails and outdoor areas. The ideal candidate will supervise daily activities, coordinate irrigation, pruning, planting, and ensure safe, high-standard workmanship.

Experience with Gulf/O&M environments is essential, with ability to lead teams of landscapers and site staff, allocate duties, monitor quality, and liaise with maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) companies is essential.
• Relevant experience in landscape maintenance and team supervision is required.
• Good knowledge of landscaping practices, site operations, and safety procedures.
• Candidates must submit an updated CV with relevant certifications, experience letters, and passport copy where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscaping and landscape maintenance activities along trails and outdoor areas.
• Monitor grass cutting, pruning, planting, irrigation coordination, and general landscape upkeep.
• Allocate duties to landscapers, gardeners, and other site staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth site operations.
