We are partnering with an F&B Manufacturer offering a diverse range of food products. They are looking for a Proficient Trade Marketing Manager for their head office in Riyadh. This role involves developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability within the food marketing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and profitability objectives in alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to create effective trade marketing programs and promotions.
  • Develop and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Identify and evaluate trade marketing opportunities, including trade shows, events, promotions, and sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to negotiate and execute joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to assess the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create trade marketing materials, such as point-of-sale materials, promotional materials, and sales presentations, that effectively communicate brand value propositions and drive sales.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on trade marketing performance, including sales performance, ROI analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to internal stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ Years in the food industry with Sales & Trade Marketing Operation experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is a PLUS.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably in the food marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiar with ERP Systems (SAP/SAP Reports is a PLUS).
