Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Trade Channel Field Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead a team of six Trade Channel Executives. The role focuses on building weight management in pharmacy and maintaining active chain partnerships across the Kingdom.

You will travel regularly to pharmacy HQs and stores, coach the team, and drive Joint Business Plans grounded in each chain's category strategy. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• 5+ years in trade, channel or consumer health channel management or related commercial role.
• 1–2 years of people management or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Hold commercial ownership of assigned chain accounts and lead the team bringing them to life in store.
• Spend substantial time in the field coaching the team.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives and negotiate Joint Business Plans with chain HQs.
• Ensure HQ agreements are delivered at the shelf with visibility, planograms, signage and stock levels.
• Lead education sessions for pharmacists and embed shopper-conversation frameworks with product knowledge.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and report weekly on KPIs.
