PROVEN is seeking a Sales Executive in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a full-time role focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and building strong customer relations. You will drive delegate sales, manage registrations for events, and collaborate with partners to maximize event visibility.

The position requires strong telesales, communication in English and Arabic, and CRM proficiency to sustain sales momentum and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of telesales experience.
• Experience in lead generation and customer relations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to targeted data and generate leads.
• Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets in volume and value.
• Collaborate with local, regional societies and media partners to expand reach and visibility for events.
• Process registration data for each event and report to Project Leads for verification and progress on data collected/updated.
• Engage a wider audience for community events and encourage meeting attendance.
• Maintain and update event social media platforms with weekly flyers, promotions, and program highlights.
• Manage database for Email and SMS campaigns for conferences and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with IT Team for events setup.
• Ensure Onsite Delegate email & SMS reminder timelines are followed for all events.
• Maintain weekly reporting on progress of delegate sales to Team/Client.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers via calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate daily activity records in the CRM system.
