Job summary

DP World Jeddah is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee terminal security operations 24x7 in line with ISPS and local regulations. You will supervise guards, manage rosters, monitor CCTV, access control, and coordinate with authorities to ensure safe port operations.

The role requires a security or HSE degree, ability to read/write Arabic and English, and readiness for internal clearance. Container terminal experience is preferred, with a focus on incident reporting and security

Qualifications

• Colleague Diploma / University degree in security / HSE management.
• Experience in a Container Terminal is preferred.
• Ability to read, write Arabic and English.
• Internal security clearance file.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct security guards and daily security operations.
• Prepare shift schedules and manage attendance and rostering.
• Ensure compliance with ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, and local security requirements.
• Train and guide security guards on duties and security procedures.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, patrols, vehicle/personnel searches, and security zones.
• Monitor and report security incidents, near misses, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with Port Authorities, Coast Guard, Police, Intelligence, and other agencies.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and security records.
• Support investigations of security incidents, accidents, and security breaches.
• Manage security control room operations and communications.
• Ensure security standards are maintained across DPW Jeddah premises.
