Job summary

DP World in Jeddah seeks a Senior Supervisor - Facility Management to oversee terminal buildings and related facilities. The role focuses on safety, maintenance, housekeeping, space allocation, and regulatory compliance, while supporting the Facilities Manager and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The candidate should bring 3–5 years of FM experience, engineering/technical background, and strong supervision skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or related fields.
• Background in engineering or technical facility operations is preferred.
• Drawing Management is preferable.
• Lean background is preferable.
• Facility-related software experience (AutoCAD, MS Office, or others).
• Supervisory and people management skills.
• English literacy (verbal and written).
• Preferred certifications: PMP/CMMP/CFM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and logistical needs of the workforce.
• Supervise allocation and optimization of office and workspace requirements.
• Manage distribution and usage of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
• Ensure housekeeping, cleaning, and waste management meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
• Track, report, and analyze KPIs related to facility management performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for facility-related services.
• Process and follow up on purchase orders and invoices in line with procurement policies.
• Ensure vendors comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in license renewals and compliance with local building regulations.
• Respond to facility-related requests and complaints in a timely manner.
• Escalate recurring or critical issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Provide daily supervision of facility staff and monitor performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in line with HSE standards and international marine safety requirements.
