Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, ISP operations, broadband sales support, or customer coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of Home Broadband and/or Dedicated Internet Access services.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate customer onboarding from initial interest to service activation.
• Liaise between clients, engineering, and operations teams.
