Job summary

A technical services provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Secretary to provide administrative support for their technical team. In this role, you will organize meetings, maintain contact lists, produce correspondence, and assist in report preparation. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of secretarial experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent organizational skills. This position requires strong communication abilities and attention to detail, making it essential for efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a secretarial role.
  • Experience in general business/secretarial.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the technical team.
  • Maintain contact lists and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
