Hilton Riyadh is seeking an IT Supervisor to join our Hotels team. You’ll deliver reliable IT support and help create memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll install, maintain and troubleshoot technology, train staff, handle equipment billing, and document maintenance activities to keep operations smooth.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an IT Supervisor, you’re not just providing comprehensive IT support – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Provide exceptional service: Promptly address technology equipment and connectivity service requests to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure, IT systems, and cellular services in compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards
• Keep tech equipment running smoothly: Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets
• Perform tech installations: Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas
• Provide end-user training: Offer technical support and training for hardware and software issues
• Handle guest billing: Process equipment and service billing for guests, address internal/external concerns, and authorize necessary billing adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for all technology equipment and flag any issues requiring further attention
