Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group seeks an experienced Technical Manager – Project Management & Strategic Planning to drive management of major infrastructure programmes and capital portfolios. The role spans PMO governance, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and portfolio reporting.

The candidate will lead PMO operations, develop governance frameworks, and oversee EPM tool deployment, with a focus on delivering results across infrastructure programmes in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years in project management operations, PMO, strategic planning or capital portfolio management.
• Experience in PMO governance, policy development, and reporting.
• Experience with strategic planning and managing capital portfolios.
• Experience generating project KPIs and management dashboards.
• Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project management operations within a PMO environment.
• Develop, review, and improve project management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Support strategic planning and management of capital project portfolios.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance against strategic objectives, schedules, and delivery targets.
• Prepare and analyse project performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Oversee implementation of project management systems and EPM tools.
• Coordinate project data, reporting processes, and performance monitoring across infrastructure programmes.
