Jurong International is seeking an experienced Technical Manager focused on Project Management and Strategic Planning to oversee major infrastructure programmes and capital portfolios. The role blends PMO governance, policy development, and performance monitoring to drive delivery excellence.

You will lead PMO operations, shape governance frameworks, and coordinate reporting across complex portfolios while supporting strategic planning and governance improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in project management operations or PMO.
• Experience with governance and policies in project mgmt.
• Experience with strategic planning and capital portfolios.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Project Management software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate PMO operations.
• Develop and improve project management policies and governance.
• Support strategic planning for capital portfolios.
• Monitor performance against strategic objectives and schedules.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager Project Management amp Strategic Planning to support the management of major infrastructure programmes and capital portfolios The role combines project management operations PMO governance strategic planning performance monitoring and portfolio reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project management operations within a PMO environment
• Develop review and improve project management policies procedures and governance frameworks
• Support strategic planning and the management of capital project portfolios
• Monitor project and portfolio performance against strategic objectives schedules and delivery targets
• Prepare and analyse project performance reports KPIs and management dashboards
• Oversee the implementation of project management systems and Enterprise Project Management EPM tools
• Coordinate project data reporting processes and performance monitoring across infrastructure programmes

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in project management operations, PMO, strategic planning, or capital portfolio management. Demonstrated experience in PMO operations and project management governance. Experience developing and reviewing project management policies, procedures, and processes. Experience in strategic planning and capital portfolio management. Experience preparing and analysing project performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards. Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
