Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group invites an experienced Technical Manager – Project Controls to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, risk analysis, and performance reporting for major infrastructure programmes. Based in Jeddah, you will develop integrated schedules with Primavera P6 and leverage EPM tools to drive project performance and interdependencies.

You will oversee dashboards and management information, mentor teams, and support project plans to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling or risk management.
Proven experience using Primavera P6.
Experience with Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software and dashboards.
Experience developing integrated programme schedules and cost plans.

Responsibilities

Lead project controls activities including planning, scheduling, cost engineering, risk management and progress monitoring.
Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor project costs, quantities, schedule performance and delivery progress.
Prepare and analyse project performance reports, dashboards and management information.
Develop integrated schedules identifying interdependencies between projects and programmes.
Support the preparation and review of project implementation and management plans.
Use EPM software to monitor and control project performance.
Identify schedule and cost risks and provide technical analysis for corrective actions.
