Job summary

Surbana Jurong invites a seasoned Technical Manager - Project Management & Strategic Planning to lead PMO operations across major infrastructure programmes in Jeddah. You will shape governance, policy development, and strategic portfolios while driving performance through dashboards and reports.

The role requires 15+ years in PMO, capital portfolio management, and engineering disciplines, with hands-on experience in EPM tools and delivering complex projects in a global consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in PMO, capital portfolio management, or related roles.
• Experience in PMO operations and governance.
• Experience in developing policies, procedures, and processes for project management.
• Experience in strategic planning and capital portfolio management.
• Experience preparing project performance reports and KPIs.
• Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PMO operations within a PMO environment.
• Develop and review project management policies, procedures, and governance.
• Support strategic planning and management of capital portfolios.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance against objectives and schedules.
• Prepare and analyse reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Oversee implementation of PM systems and EPM tools.
• Coordinate project data and reporting across programmes.
